Andrew Lotwin

Andrew Lotwin helps defense contractors navigate the complex intersection of industrial security, compliance, and national security requirements. Andrew's career spans more than three decades supporting the U.S. Government, Department of Defense, and Defense Industrial Base. Most recently, he served as Deputy Assistant Director for Industrial Security at the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA), where he led execution of the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) mission and oversaw critical industrial security programs supporting national defense.
