Transition to Electronic Fingerprinting with Ease

In response to the DoD's mandate for electronic fingerprint capture and submission, ISI opened the first Digital Fingerprinting Station in Herndon, Virginia, in 2012. Our services are designed to streamline your compliance efforts and ensure a seamless transition to the Secure Web Fingerprint Transmission (SWFT) Program.

SWFT Fingerprinting Services

The Secure Web Fingerprint Transmission (SWFT) program is designed to facilitate the electronic capture and submission of fingerprint images for background investigations. This service is essential for companies participating in the National Industrial Security Program (NISP) and is compliant with the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) requirements.


We offer a range of services to support the SWFT program, including:

  • Digital Fingerprint Capture and Submission: We capture and submit fingerprints electronically to the FBI via SWFT.
  • Hard Copy Fingerprint Cards: We provide digital fingerprint capture and printing of hard copy cards.
  • Conversion Services: We convert hard copy fingerprint cards to digital format and submit them to the FBI via SWFT.
  • On-site Fingerprinting: For larger groups (minimum of 50 people), we offer on-site fingerprinting services.

Payment Options: Our pricing is based on a per-applicant fee with no contractual obligations. We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Payments are required at the time of scheduling via credit card.

Location: Our fingerprinting services are provided at our Security Operations Office. For the safety of our employees and clients, if you or someone with you appears ill, we may need to reschedule your appointment without any penalty.
