In response to the DoD's mandate for electronic fingerprint capture and submission, ISI opened the first Digital Fingerprinting Station in Reston, Virginia, in 2012. Our services are designed to streamline your compliance efforts and ensure a seamless transition to the Secure Web Fingerprint Transmission (SWFT) Program.

SWFT Fingerprinting Services

The Secure Web Fingerprint Transmission (SWFT) program is designed to facilitate the electronic capture and submission of fingerprint images for background investigations. This service is essential for companies participating in the National Industrial Security Program (NISP) and is compliant with the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) requirements.


We offer a range of services to support the SWFT program, including:

  • Digital Fingerprint Capture and Submission: We capture and submit fingerprints electronically to the FBI via SWFT.
  • Conversion Services: We convert hard copy fingerprint cards to digital format and submit them to the FBI via SWFT.
  • On-site Fingerprinting: For larger groups (minimum of 50 people), we offer on-site fingerprinting services.

Payment Options: Our pricing is based on a per-applicant fee with no contractual obligations. We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Payments are required at the time of scheduling via credit card.

Location: Our fingerprinting services are provided at our Security Operations Office. For the safety of our employees and clients, if you or someone with you appears ill, we may need to reschedule your appointment without any penalty.

Where should customers park?

Guests are encouraged to park in the Green Parking Garage at 11936 Freedom Drive, Reston, VA, 20190. 

The easiest point of entry is from New Dominion Parkway. 

The garage offers free one-hour parking to all guests.  

How to get to the new office from the parking garage?

Exit the parking lot towards Davelle's Clothier located at 11921 Freedom Drive, Reston, VA, 20190. Enter through the building's main entrance closest to the parking garage.  

Take the elevator up to Floor 6.

Proceed to our office either directly to your right or left (one of only two business suites on the sixth floor). 

Ring the buzzer located on the far-right side of our main door. 

One of our representatives will greet you and escort you to you’re appointment.
