Investing in People, Processes, & Customer Service to Deliver Security & Compliance Solutions
Request A Discovery Call

One Mission.
One Partner.
One ISI.
A year ago, ISI made a strategic decision: to invest boldly in our people, processes, and products so we could maximize the value we deliver across cybersecurity, compliance, managed IT services, and Facility Security Officer (FSO) & clearance solutions.
We made those investments because the stakes are high. The work our customers do directly protects our nation and equips the warfighter. Their ability to deliver depends on staying secure and compliant. At ISI, we see it as our mission to remove distractions, reduce risks, and handle the time-consuming requirements that would otherwise divert them from what matters most: the mission and the business they’ve worked so hard to build.
Measurable Results in Security & Compliance Services
Every enhancement we’ve made works together to deliver greater impact. The investment in our service offerings has created faster pathways to compliance, streamlined collaboration across teams, and more resilient support for our customers. The result is tangible progress: improved performance, simplified coordination, and the confidence contractors need to stay mission-focused and competitive in the Defense Industrial Base.
Each number tells the same story: our customers spend less time worrying about security and compliance, and more time doing the work that protects our nation and drives their business forward.

99.00/100 Customer satisfaction
Our Managed IT, Cybersecurity, & Compliance Services boasted a near-perfect Customer Satisfaction score (CSAT) in the month of July. This highlights a 5.2% increase, a total of 4.8 points, from our 94.10 score in January.
Customers are able to provide feedback at any point and are prompted after every interaction occurring within our support portal.
This increase is not a coincidence. We have strategically invested to increase the number of staff and implement new tools that allows us to be more effective and efficient in our service delivery.
We're proud to focus on continuous improvement and further push ourselves to provide the best service offer available to defense contractors.
CMMC Level 2 pass rate
With more customer assessments scheduled, we're proud to say that each of our customers who have gone through this process has achieved Level 2 certification.
Assessments Completed
We're proud to show early success in guiding defense contractors to reach full compliance with NIST 800-171 standards within the CMMC framework.
Day Average Assessment
While the industry standard is to book a C3PAO assessment for five business days, our commitment to continuous improvement has reduced it to just two days.
The DIB is going through a period of change right now, so we’ve leaned in to help where we can. Whether this is through free CMMC readiness evaluations, help with procurement and sourcing potential contracts, or aiming to provide the best-in-class service by bringing in experts and examining every process to see how we can improve it.
